About ToolSolvo

ToolSolvo is a free collection of tools for PDFs, images, Urdu text and everyday calculations. The tools run in your own browser, so your files and text stay on your device.

Who runs ToolSolvo

ToolSolvo is run by Shavaiz Ashraf, based in Pakistan. You can reach us at toolsolvo@gmail.com or through the contact page.

What you can do here

  • PDF Tools (8 tools): Compress, combine, split and create PDF files.
  • Image Tools (6 tools): Resize, compress, convert and cut out images, or read and translate the text in a picture or scan.
  • Calculators (4 tools): Tax, electricity, Zakat and loan estimates for Pakistan, with sources.
  • Education (1 tool): GPA, CGPA, percentage and weighted merit with your own grading scale.
  • Urdu Tools (4 tools): Type, convert, decorate and count Urdu text, with right-to-left display.
  • Everyday (3 tools): Small everyday helpers: exact age, QR codes, and Excel and CSV files.

How the tools work

  • Files and text are processed by your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to ToolSolvo or sent to any other service, and we cannot see them.
  • The Background Remover needs an AI model. The first time you use it, your browser downloads the model (about 42 MB) from this site and keeps it in its cache.
  • There are no accounts, sign-ups or watermarks.
  • Each tool page explains what the tool does, its limits, and what to check before you rely on the result.

How the calculators are kept accurate

Tax, electricity and Zakat figures come only from official documents, such as the Finance Act, FBR circulars, NEPRA notifications and the Zakat and Ushr Ordinance. Each calculator lists its sources, the date they take effect and the date we last checked them. Results are estimates, not tax, financial or religious advice, and each page says what is included and what is not.

If you find a figure that no longer matches an official source, please tell us with a link to the source.

What ToolSolvo does not do

  • It does not store your files, text or calculator inputs.
  • It does not translate between languages. The Roman Urdu tool changes the script, not the language.
  • It does not give professional advice, and it is not affiliated with FBR, NEPRA or any government body.
